Question about axles

Last oct. i got in to a small accident. Ever since then when ever i turn my steering wheel half way to one side i hear this clanking noise. So I'm trying to figure out if it is just my axles. To some it up i found somebody to buy axles from is that all i need? thanks

p.s i will have a repair shop installl them.

Since you said it only applies when you turn, I'm thinking it's your upper strut bearings.

Take off your wheel and inspect all the components. If there is grease over everything, then your CV boot ripped and it is definitely your axle.

If you hear a clicking sound while normal driving but the CV is not leaking, it could be a wheel bearing.

But if when stopped and turning you hear it, it is probably your upper strut bearing.

I'll advise you to get www.Raxles.com axles because they are very well made and have a great warranty. In addition they use some new components where other companies use remanufactured ones.
