Need Help With Foglights

I justed installed my new foglight on my 97 maxima, i also rewired them too, but now my fog lights turn on with my parking lights and my highbeams only, they don't turn on with my lowbeams. What did i do wrong? i followed the intructions. CAN ANYONE HELP ME.

My educated guess would be that instead of pulling the signal from the parking lamp's HOT you pulled it from the highbeam HOT. Check the colors of the wires in correlation to what the instructions say.
