Auto tranny mod

hey i read awhile ago about this mod for the tranny where u unplug something or something like that and it makes your auto tranny shifter harder and faster because its applying full pressure.
i did a search for this but i can't seem to find it. i wanted to know because i might try it out cause i'm going to palmdale this friday. so if any of you guys know what i'm talking about let me know. thanks

I know what you are talking about. I wired a switch into mine so I can turn it on and off from inside the car. There is a rectangular metal thing mounted to the front side of the drivers side strut tower. Next to the air box. If you unplug it, the tranny automatically shifts with full line pressure. It's great for full throttle, but makes normal driving jerky and annoying...hence the switch. It will also set off the MIL. The nissan tech I talked to said the only long term effect to really worry about was excess heat buildup in the tranny...hence the switch.
