Where to buy CF hood NOW!
I know there is a GD for these, but the car is in the body shop and I need one now... I will pay more and shipping, I just need to get it this week if possible! I have tried many vendors with no luck, so if anybody knows a place that has them IN STOCK, your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

After looking at the GTP hood, I feel its a better design then my redline hood. I wish I wouldve waited.
I feel you about wanting to get it asap but why cant you wait.
Couldnt you buy a cheap OEM hood, many are selling them since theyve bought CF ones and just wait untill their available.
The redline hood does have some fitment issues which can be dealt with but the finish is what gets me.Its kinda ruff on the edges and I wasnt impressed with the latch assembly. Especially when it came installed backwards.

I also have a gtp hood quality is great and fitment is by far better than redline and fiber images..plus they use a clear coat on the hood so its glossy compared to a fiber images hood. BUT the fiber images hood is lighter. If you are into racing every pound counts and try to track down a fiber image hood if not get a gtp hood.

......Under your name on the left of you post reads "I need to read the FAQ and IMPORTANT threads before posting a question"..... I disagree fully.... I think you should read a friggin thread from start to finish before adding a post... I need a CF hood because my car is in the shop getting fixing... I need a hood, and I can spend $500 on replacing STOCK with paint (pearl) or get a CF which is lighter, better looking, and more rare...

unfortunatly i dont think i can the reason i saved was because i was able to pick it up directly from them. But just try giving them a call and see if you can set something up with them. Shipping for a hood is usually around 100-150 bucks shipped to a shop. Try going to your local speed shop and see what they can do for you. Good luck.

Redline Props
Well I got myself hooked up with a hood... I can't speak for quality of the hood, but I can say that Ange at Redline was AMAZING to deal with. I got hooked up with a dealer account with her yesterday, told her I needed a hood asap to get the car out of the shop, and she told me she was all sold out... So I was kinda bummed, but then today I get a call on my cell phone and she told me she got a hood for me. That to me is very important, knowing that the company you are dealing with is lookin out for you. She is gonna hook me up with a tracking number asap and offered a lot of tips for the hood... If the hood fits as good as their customer service, I will be VERY VERY satisfied. Thanks ANGE!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, like I said before. Their Customer service is great. It even came quicker then she, and the freight Co. quoted me.
In all, its not a bad hood. Just perhaps not the best.
If the edges were cleaner, Id be more satisfied.
Fitment to me will always be an issue with aftermarket parts.
