Do you have any pix of what you've done so far?

This is my bulge mesh version:
Just measure the opening width and height. Draw it on a long piece of cardboard, cut out the pattern and see if it will fit the opening. Draw the template onto the uncut part of the cardboard and give it an extra inch around. Cut that out and that is your template. Cut out the mesh and with the first template use a felt marker and draw the outline in the center of the cut mesh. That line is your fold line. Fold the mesh with pliers or a piece of wood that is straight so you can bend the mesh on the straight edge. If you're going to use the licence plate holder you can cut openings for it. If not, you simply spread out the wire so that it rubs against the sides of the opening and won't pop out by itself.

unbolt one of the splashgards under the fog light, then you CAN just use a full rectangle piece, it sits nicely in there, then just use 2-4 zip ties to secure it.

Thanks, but my two grilles are not the bulge ones, just flat. So your saying its not really hooked up to anything, just the flaps keep it in? hmmm ill have to think about that, maybe just making like a 1/4" fold so its not so bulgy and fits w/ the rest of my grills? thanks man

Since your mesh is flat then I would go with at least a 1/4" fold instead of the 1". It will sit deep in the opening and match the rest of your design. I did mine 1" so that it nearly sticks out (in keeping with my bulge design - thanks to the Pagani Zonda C12 for the inspiration!).

Check out my www for some pics, but it is not as bad as you think. Just cut a piece about 1/2 inch wider (if you want the bulge look) and longer than opening.
Use a roung tube or a brumstick and roung off the strip, to be able to squeeze it in there.
Eye down the angle and shape of te sides and try to get the same shape on one of the mesh sides. Then just keep trimming the other side untill it fits just right.
Most important: TAKE YOUR TIME

thanks, bro.
Good luck. The biggest thing is make sure you have plenty of time (about 1-2 hours of slow, but quality work). Don't rush it or it will be fcuked up.
