I have a 97 GXE which is sometimes difficult to start in warm weather, especially after using A/C. The engine will start and immediately falter and die. Sometimes you can crank forever to no avail. Other times it starts right up. The computer shows no fault code. It has been like this for the last 3 years. The summertime is definitely the worst. I understand that this is a fairly common condition with certain maximas. I know of at least 2 folks who have the same problem with theirs. My mechanic can't figure it out. Has anyone experienced this and determined what it is? How to fix it?
