Signs of bad bearings?

I was wondering if someone could list some symptons of bad bearings.
I heard somewhere that alot of wheel hop is caused by bad bearings or bad motor mounts.
btw, excuse me if I sound like a complete idiot. My car is just not pulling the way it should be and 1st gear is pretty worthless. I wanted to get everything in tip top shape before I go to the track.

thank you

bruce i think one of the signs is squeaking comming from the wheels. i am experiencing this right now, and have ot get it fixed.

and i think also that the motor mouts are the cause of wheel hop. i do not think that bearings have anything to do with it.

did you ever get you plugs changed? hey man i getting my y-pipe tomarrow!

thank you, I thought that the motor mounts are the problem. Well, what do you know about replacing them if you don't mind me asking?
I haven't got my plugs changed yet.

i dunno all i know that fomr dealer it is exspncive. i would go to juffman tire and get them to do it. i think tey have to take the steering knuckle off so you will have to get an alignment. i had one of mine replaced when i had my steerign knuckle replaced, but i did not get with labor charges cause it was already taken apart for the other repair.

hey in 2 weeks if they still are not changed bring your car over and we will do it, everyone is leaving so i will have some free time.

no i am not going to the meet cause i have prom weekend unfortantly and my girlfirend planned a bunch of crap for us to do with some people.
