Okay guys..i've read this before but i don't have the ability to search and i tried looking for about half an hour already but no luck.

I know that most of the 4th Maxima are prewired for the power trunk release. I also know about the location of the trigger button on the driver side door panel. My question is after hooking up the solenoid and the trigger button ..what else do you need to make it work...is there a power wire that needs to be hooked up or merely a fuse and /or relay installed and where are they located?

Maybe someone with the search ability can direct me to the previous post.

check out the last page of my cardomain...

i custom installed a button next to the dimmer switch, but if you're gonna just use factory push button, all you need is the button and the actuator in the trunk. all fuses and wiring is already set up, you just need to complete the circuit. i put mine where i did because i didn't want to cut a hole in the door panel.

that was for a one touch window up mod i was trying to get to work. it works on 3rd gens and altimas, but i couldn't get it to work on my car.
