how hard is it to drop the transmission and chage the clutch in a 95 se. i read the morotvate page but it doesn't say how to drop the tranny. and it look difficult. i was just wondering is it difficult. i am not a noob to cars but i have never changed a clutch.
oh what kinda tools might i need?

The motorvate site should tell you how to drop the tranny. Go get a Haynes book; it's covered pretty well in there. I am going to do a writeup the next time I pull mine down.
It's a fairly difficult job. It's probably the most difficult job there is w/o getting in the engine. It's more frustrating than difficult, though. There are some bolts that are hard to get at.
As for the tools...this is off the top of my head:
Tools:
1/2" breaker bar
1/2" 36mm socket
Torque wrench (~200lbs/ft)
Metric socket set w/various extensions
Metric wrenches
Crowbar
Hammer
Large flathead screwdriver
Clutch alignment tool (comes with most kits)
Jaw puller (optional: some people don't disconnect the tie-rods)
Misc:
Jack/stands
Transmission jack (not required, but it helps tremendously!)
I think that's it...If you have any questions, let us know.
Good luck!
