Manual 4th gen Maximas down under are near impossible to find, they're very rare. They do exist however, but not beyond 97 or 98 though I think. Just keep looking, I've seen a few on auction websites and one or two listed in the classifieds section in the paper.

It's one of the special edition Maximas that Nissan did, which all came with a Manual transmission. This is most likely why the price is on the highish side for a 95 model with that many KM's.

Yep, Skylines are a fairly common car down here, you'd be lucky not to see at least a handful during your everyday commute lol. I'm guessing they're more common in New Zealand then Aus though, as Aus has some strict import laws.
