the 240 in 240sx stands for the 2.4 ka24de engine that our s14's run while over there they get the oh-so-nice sr20det which is a 2.0

Manual 4th gen Maximas down under are near impossible to find, they're very rare. They do exist however, but not beyond 97 or 98 though I think. Just keep looking, I've seen a few on auction websites and one or two listed in the classifieds section in the paper.

Don't get a Skyline or a Holden lol, they're far too common

Look what I found, http://www.carsales.com.au/pls/carsa...ch_distance=25

It's one of the special edition Maximas that Nissan did, which all came with a Manual transmission. This is most likely why the price is on the highish side for a 95 model with that many KM's.

To Americans, Skylines are rare and exotic, but it sounds like there are lots Down Under, so stop telling him to get a Skyline! He wants a MAX.

Yep, Skylines are a fairly common car down here, you'd be lucky not to see at least a handful during your everyday commute lol. I'm guessing they're more common in New Zealand then Aus though, as Aus has some strict import laws.

Anyway, that Max in the link isn't too bad, it's one of the Steve Millen Maximas

Hmm...I'll trade you the exotic Maxima 5 speed for the ordinary skyline r34. I'll even throw in my girl at no extra charge.
