Hi Flow Cat Converter

Does anyone know if the hi flow cat converter they're selling on ebay help much with the horsepower or not? How much horsepower will it give me and will i notice the power difference? i know it's illegal in most places but i don't have to do an emission check where i live. you can check out the item at

High flow cats result in 1-2hp gain and that's if you're lucky and at the same time, it could be dyno error. You won't notice it at all.
