My Fiance's New '98 Nissan Maxima

Well guys it's official, my finace after months and months of searching has finally got himself his dream car. Ideally he wanted a black/black but it's a combination that appears to be rare. None the less, he is estatic and the proud owner of a 1998 Nissan Maxima SE, manual transmission that's 100% fully loaded. Of course I'm his girl and proud to sit next to him, yes even before the car! I enjoy seeing him show off his speed and have people just stare at this phenomenial piece of man made art work and the power behind the engine that can quench only a "real man's thirst." So I just wanted to update you guys and ask you be happy for us. Though I must say I fear for him and all this power. Guys tell me, should I? How do I keep a straight head and not panic? How are you guys with controlling your urges to race, whether it be on the track or on the road?

lol, no worries Julie! Although the car is a lot of fun to drive, his urge to show off will eventually wear down as it does with any new toy. This isn't to say that he'll ignore the infrequent ricer who needs to be schooled but like I said, no worries.

hey this all sounds great... the maxima is a great car... i tell you the dragways are the place to go. i have always had a very heavy foot, but the dragway is excellent therapy for me, not to mention its a very safe way to enjoy the speed and POWER of the VQ .. lol !

very nice choice. He is lucky to have a girl like you that likes the Maximas as much as he does, usually around here they all like Civics Anyway very nice choice, and post Pics of the new Maxima
