HELP is my clutch going out?!

I noticed that when i press my clutch in it makes a creeking noise. I had my door open the other day and i pressed it and it made that noise. Is my clutch going bad? There really is no sign of slippage. plz help! thanks!

if there is no sign of slip, then i would not worry. the creek could just be from an un-lubbed or tense clutch spring. any other signs that lead you to believe it worn out? it engage fine still?

I like the grill Nismo!

I think the same thing is happening to me. As I let the clutch back in( if I do it just right) , it makes a noise as if something is loose. (Like a creeking noise that doesn't last very long). Almost as if you took a sheet of plastic, laid it against another sheet of plastic, pulled on one end and let it hit against the other for a second. --> yeah, that is the best explaination I could come up with. Anyway, anyone know what it be's?

Try this to test if your clutch is slipping.

Go about 45mph on 5th gear. Floor your gas pedal. If your RPM rises fast but not your speedometer, your clutch is slipping
