replace front bumper cover
A couple weeks ago some dip$h!t hit and ran my car so i'm left with the repair bill. I'm trying to avoid hitting up my insurance co. and so I'm gonna go ahead and change the front bumper myself.
So my question is do any of you guys (those who've done the 97-99 conversion) have some sort of bolt diagram for the front bumper? Even a general order of the parts that'll need to be removed or a heads up for anything quirky that might get in the way would be a huge help.

I don't know about the bolts, but you should be able to find the bumper cover here:
www.rockauto.com
They are a good OEM parts place and very quick. Check around, but they usually are right on with the price.
Should not be too hard. The thing you have to allow for in the money is that none of them come painted from these places. You can get them Primed, but then you still have to paint them.
Hope that helps some.
