Which Parts Do I Need To Replace OEM Clutch?

Okay, so I know I do not want the Key Value clutch...

Of the parts listed on this page... which do I need?

I assume I need at least:

-Clutch Disc Assembly
-Pressure Plate Assembly
-Clutch Release Bearing (Throwout)
-Pilot Bushing

What else?

Thanks in advance...

That's all the parts involved. Have the flywheel resurfaced while you're at it.
