warpspeed ypipe and OBX type H catback a GOOD COMBO?

i am waiting for my y-pipe to get shipped to my house....i have an OBX TYPE-h catback right now.....i was wondering what the sound would be like after i get the y-pipe installed....will it be louder? Deeper? good sound, bad sound?

I have that same combo on my 95, and I love it. I also have a "high-flow" ebay cat (straight pipe that looks like a cat) on it. It sounds a bit ricey if you just rev it while the car is stopped, but while its moving, it sounds awesome. Also, one really big plus is that it does not drone while on the highway, its pretty quiet unless you give it some gas. I'd say go for it!

i heard the warpspeed ypipes may rub against the cross member....what do i need to do in order for it to not rub and make everything rattle/vibrate.....what does exhaust wrap do?
