When making a left turn (or otherwise having the wheel turned all the way to the left while the vehicle is in motion) I get a "clunking" sound as the wheel begins to return to its normal position. It sounds like what the suspension would sound like with the springs popping. Any ideas what this could be?

 

You need to replace your CV boots and/or axle. I just replace mine on both sides $100 each side, just to give you an ideal of what it may cost.
