Drop zone springs

I just get some freebee drop zone springs from a friend who just sold his max and never got the time to put them on.
I know nothing about them, apart from they are cheap and its ment to be a 2in drop.
Anyone use them and is it a ture 2in drop, can I get some pics useing them .... Thanks

Check out my cardomain page. www.cardomain.com/id/d_warner

I cut one complete coil on the front. Didn't affect the ride at all. If you cut a coil, use a die grinder and cutting disc. NOT a torch. A torch will heat the spring too much and make it brittle. I cut one half a coil from the top, and one half from the bottom.

Make sure to wrap the top and bottom of the spring in either wire wrap from radio shack, or vinyl tubing to keep spring rub noise down. Also, I'm running KYB AGXs. Your stock struts will go pretty quick.

The rear drop is pretty good, but there is almost no front drop without cutting the fronts. I'm seriously thinking of trying to find some Sprints for the front.

Are you on stock struts? Did you blow any struts?
