center armrest is loose..96 any ideas on how to reattach?

center armrest is loose..96 any ideas on how to reattach?

my center armrest is loose when i bought it any ideas on how to reatach cani purchase a new one? any tips?

you can purchase a new one. get a screwdriver and see what you can tighten up. open up the armrest and tighten up the screws. the tighten up all the screws on the whole center console.

yeah it will not close it just sits on top of it not tightly though just because it is built to hold it... i cant tighten anything up.. i might need to get a new one...is there any cool mods for it i should get as long as im replacing it? does anyone know where to get one?

You can ask for a used one in the Classified section or maybe you can find one on eBay

i have this problem too. i can tighten the 4 screws that hold the hinge part yet a day later it will be wobleing again

EDIT: what the hell?! i dont have a latch on mine... it just sits closed

When I bought the car last year, mine didn't have the latch thing. I guess it broke off I'll replace it the next time I order parts from a Nissan dealer

thing is, doesnt look like there was one ever there

one more question about armrests: is there any way to add more padding to them to make it wore comfortable? cause when i'm driving for a while it gets pretty uncomfortable because my arm just kinda compresses it all...

does anyone have any other ideas? i guess its not too big a deal yeah i have the exact same as him except mines 96 i dont want brown :P thanks though
