help.. starter gone bad

everytime i started my car, it feels like it's getting weaker and weaker and until today, it just stop turning on. it wouldn't even turn over or anything. im pretty sure its the starter and was wondering where would be a good place to buy one and if there was an online how-to to help speed up the installation process. thanks

i miss driving my baby already

Your best bet is to buy a remanufactured starter from a local auto parts store. They are alot cheaper, along with the core charge, as compared to buying one from Nissan. Replacing and installing a starter is not hard at all. If you have access to a good torque wrench (or maybe a breaker bar), you'll have no problem. The starter is only held on with two bolts, but the one is hard to loosen, and that is why you need the torque wrench or breaker bar to loosen. Just remove the whole air intake and you'll gain access to the starter giving you more room to work with.
