Professional Clutch Help !?!?

Alright Ive had this set up for about 1000 miles

-Exedy Stage One Organic Clutch
-Fidanza Flywheel
-11K mile old 01' 5spd Tranny

Now I noticed after the breakin period of roufly 500 miles, I feel the engine in the clutch pedal that I never felt before..I figured it would go away after break in but it hasnt

It only really happens in the upper RPM's and you can actually feel it in the clutch pedal...now the guy that did the Job is a very nice guy and never gives up if there is a problem...I really want to try and understand the problem before I go calling him up...I want to call him and know something in a way

What do you think ??
Its almost like a binding, but you can feel the engine in the clutch pedal

bump to the top
ONLY HAPPENS ON HIGH RPM SHIFTS ONLY ON THE WAY DOWN WHEN PRESSURE IS APPLIED TO THAT PEDAL
