Ractive Heat Shield filter??? Ebay???

As I was at work the other day, I went to Ebay's sight to find a couple of things. I saw 2 things in particular that got my attention.
1. The ractive heat shield filter
2. A FTSB from procarparts.com
The air filter started off at 7.50. I placed a bid at that price. I ended up purchasing the filter for 19.75. From the homework I have done that looks like a great price. I'm just trying to figure out which way I am going to hook it up. I am really open to suggestions
The second item was the FTSB from procarparts.com. It ended up selling for more than they sell it for. I laughed at that one. When I first placed a bid on it, it was 1.00. Of course it didn't last long and it ended up selling for 50.00 or so, I don't remember. But anyway, your suggestions on the first issue would be greatly appreciated.
