how do I install AE dead pedal on 4th gen?
I bought an AE dead pedal (footrest) from JRnissan, have no idea how to install it. I thought it would be pretty simple, but I don't see how it's supposed to fit. I know it's supposed to be for a 5th gen, but I thought people have done it. Are there modifications I need to make?

This is what I did...
After removing a lot of the carpeting from where the pedal was to be mounted, I found a metal bracket underneath. I drilled a hole in this bracket so that the screw that goes into the center of the pedal would fit into this hole. The screw that I used was pretty long...4 or 5 inches probably. The screw that came with the pedal was only about a inch long so I couldn't use it. Anyway I also used some velcro to help keep the pedal in place and prevent it from moving during everyday use.
It's worked great so far (knock on wood).
