I'm losing power

I got a 98 se stick
when i'm doing about 80 on 4th gear feels like does not have enough
pipe to let the combustion out and lost power not much but i need some
tipss.

get a y pipe and free up that exhaust...

A y-pipe WILL help as long as something else isn't causing the power loss.
You might have a timing issue. It could be at that speed and RPM's your engine timing is being retarded by the KS for some reason. Are you sure the KS is good?
Are you running premium or regular gas? If you're not running premium a y-pipe won't do you any good. Your timing will never advance enough to cause you any exhaust flow problem.

There are several other things that could cause a high speed power loss....
