Grainy vibration thru the clutch, shifter, and gas pedal

Does anyone else experience a slight grainy vibration thru clutch, shifter, and accelerator pedal? Don't get me wrong, it's not extreme, it's just noticable enough to be a little annyoing. My car has been doing this for at least 2 years if not longer. Also, when I push in the clutch to shift a gear you can feel a very mild vibration thru the clutch. The passengers don't feel jack, just me because I'm using components connected to the tranny and motor. In neutral when I rev up and can't feel a thing nor thru the steering. The graininess seems to be more apparent under load. My front and rear mounts are new and the side mounts are fine.

I'm beginning to think the problem could possibly be a scored flywheel. My car has the stock clutch, 107K miles, and over 150 1/4 mile passes. While the clutch has never slipped, I can only assume everything has taken a big beating. For the past 6 months I've been able to hear the pressure plate fingers making a popping sounds when I press in the clutch.

Possibly the T/O bearing. I assume it's taken it's fair amount of abuse. If the bearing is shot or if it has ejected all it's grease, it might make a grainy sound when you press the clutch

I have it too...it's a recent development with my car, though.

I notice it on the gas pedal when the clutch is engaged, so that rules out the TO bearing as the cluprit (in my case, anyway).

I've suspected my wheel bearings of being faulty; maybe that's my problem. Does this only occur when you guys are moving?
