What can cause ECU to throw INCORRECT CODES?

Well,

A while back an electrician shorted out my car and blew a fuse while installing a replacement moon roof in my car. The starter switch blew and the CEL came on for the first time and wont go away.

I have changed the o2 sensors and it still says they are bad. It also says the knock sensor is bad but Im starting to believe that its something else.

I have reset the ECU numerous times, I have also unplugged the battery over night.

I dont want to dish out the extra cash on a part I might not need if something is causing incorrect codes.

ANy ideas?

Proph

Check the fuses for the O2 sensors.
