Need new bumpers

As I am the third owner of my car (grandfather and dad were previous two owners), the front bumper has been subjected to numerous dings, scratchs and nicks. I want to replace it with an OEM bumper but where would I get one? How's the difficulty of installation of this piece?

Ebay's not an option for me; I don't trust any of the Ebay sellers. I'd like an actual store because then, if I get screwed, my CC company can refund my money and take it up with the store.
