Just saw this thread. Congrats on the install man. Hope you got everything worked out with the TPS. You will probably find that new multimeter will come in handy for something else some day.

I used a 2" sanding drum and just removed more material at the sides than top and bottom. The mounting flange in the IM is about .25" thick. I stenciled a 70 mm circle on it and transitioned from the circle to very slightly oval shape across the .25" thickness of the flange. Not difficult to do. I'm probably going to have to remove my TB and take some pictures to make myself clear, though.
