Sticker residue.

Someone vandalized my Max early yesterday morning, some punks thought it'd be a funny prank to put over 1,000 stickers all over my car from the front bumper to the rear. Well, after about 6 hours of picking and scrubbing I managed to get most of it off but there's still some on there. What's the safest way to remove sticker residue without damaging my clearcoat? My dad was using armor-all wipes to get most of the residue off and it worked but I'm nervous that it was doing damage along with good. Thanks for your help.

No respect!!! goo-gone works but I don't know how paint-safe it is, I think you can just re-wax the car after the goo-gone.

I've had good luck with turtle wax bug and tar remover and some elbow grease. I used it for pinstripes and the rear emblems.

WD40 works extremely well in removing tar/crap stuck to the paint.

Don't laugh, but peanut butter works great at taking off the sticky residue left behind from stickers.

Just don't use chunky!

I agree, WD40 works great. Anyone who has removed their taillights for any reason knows of the silicone/tar sealant Nissan used…and how hard it is to get off. But WD40 worked great for this.
