Urthane Hands Down. I dont recommend Fiberglass unless of course its a hood. But Other then that, Urthane is the Strongest and almost 99% Fits up everytime.

go with polyurthane.
Fiberglass may be cheap but it's a no no. Cracks and breaks really easy.

I thought essentially as far pas the physical properties, fiberglass is 'stronger', but this is in tensile strength, urethane isnt tensile strong, but it is durable. it resists flexing, bends and many small dents. but can and will lose shape to extreme hit or can be harder to repair at times than fiberglass.

the thing I always wanted to know, what is the factory bumpers made of? cause its a very good material. Last winter I bumped into lil snow hill at 10 mph maybe, the bumper where there should be the fog light was bent reverse side of what it should be and I only popped it back out and no crack.
the blue material they call blueglass, its supposed to be rigid like fiberglass but flexible like urethane.
A friend of mine's kit is made of it and he loves it, if he hits on an entrance or big bump, it will flex instead of break, but at the same time, he doesn't need any extra braces to keep his kit from flapping in the wind.
If you can find a kit in it, buy it, its worth the extra couple $
