As you all know, the clunking noise problem with the front suspension was "supposibly" due to a faulty strut bearing, or strut mount. But I just had my suspension done, replaced all four corners with new shocks and springs and new strut mount as well as new strut bearing, but I still get that clunking noise under medium acceleration. So from this, I am concluding that it has to be something else. Please help with any suggestion to what may be the cause of that noise. Thanks. Oh, anyone have any experience dealing with the repair service at Stanford Nissan in Palo Alto, CA? I'm thinking of going there to see if they can detect my problem, I heard that they have one of the best services there. Also, you think that they'll say anything about the problem is due to putting in aftermarket suspension parts? I have KYB and Eibach.

Funny thing is, I had the KYBs installed and new strut mounts with strut bearings...the whole bit. It kept cluncking. I finally told the guys at the shop F you and fix the freaking car. Well, it turned out they put the bearings in BACKWARDS Can you believe that. Tell whoever did it do DO IT AGAIN. It should not make that clunking noise.
