ECU screw missing on 99 maxima ???

Is this possible, I followed the steps provided by this website to diagnose a check engine light. But it looks like there is no Screw to turn inside the ecu.

There's a sticker over it which you have to break to get to the screw. Could this be your problem? http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/ecu.html, the third pic down shows the sticker already broken.

There is no big flat screw like seen in the forum instructions. It is only a small, and very fragile plastic POT accesible with a small philips screwdriver. The label may say "Idle adjuster..." or something like this.
I had the same problem at first then I asked in forum. That's the screw. Just be very careful when using it to not round up the head.
