Cloth to Leather Conversion

My buddy just bought a 2000 Max SE at the auction and it has black leather interior with heated seats and everything. Is there any chance I can get these seats to work in my 99 max? i know its a different generation and all but is there any chance??? If it would work, how much should i pay for them (i would give him my cloth ones in return. (Would the door panels work as well??).
Thanks for your input. Im sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, please dont be too harsh with me!

They don't fit. I read a thread where somebody tried fitting them as a more comforfatable alternative to 4th gen seats.

4th gen seats are pretty comfortable. I don't know why you would want any more.
Mine are anyway.
Try it out if you don't want to take someone's word for it though.

im swapping in some 4th gen black leathers into my 4th gen tan cloth. just finished taking everything apart. if you can find some 4th gen seats the whole thing is cake and only takes about an hour+ but 5th gen can take time if the seats dont just bolt up like the stock ones. im 99% sure they wont bolt up as the 4th gen seats did not bolt up to the 3rd gen of the guy i bought these seats from
