Samsung SM5

I am in korea now, and I see the "samsung SM5" around in korea and it looks just like a maxima. I believe my cousin told me it is imported from japan and it has parts that look like an I30 and a maxima 95-99. It comes stock with clear reds and side makers. I think it looks nice, but doesn;t have a spoiler like the US maxima's. I believe it comes with a 2.5 liter engine since the name is SM525 and there is a SM530 I believe. Does anyone know more about this car? Please explain more to me about this, I really do believe it is an imported maxima from japan. Here is images of the car.

P.S. some of the cars I see have the same sawblade wheels of the older maximas

PPS, I am wondering if there is any parts of this car that can fit on our maximas. I really like the red/clears on the back, and they look like they can fit on our cars.

PPPS, I saw an R32 Skyline today in korea too =P

**EDIT**

there is no SM530, just looked at the link at the bottom

Yeah, it's same as our Max(almost). If you look at the interior you'll know what I mean.

check my website! I have some interior pics posted....some of the sm5's came with faux woodgrain dash parts, that are not available in the us....specifically the vent piece and several others.....also the arm rest is slightly different, including a flip up lid top that tyhe USDM maxima does not have....I would be very interested in getting this if at all possible! I have been on some korean websites and the prices are extrememly cheap! I believe it was only 35 USD for the whole center console (from shifter to arm rest)! thanks! i hope you can help! You may want to think about putting a GD together for woodgrain parts and the arm rests....feel free to take the pics from my website if you need....

I would have thought the 2.5L models would be using the same engine as the 2.5L Cefiros do (the VQ25 I think it's called).

Does anyone know which Maxima the SM5 is based on? From some pics, it looks like its based on the US Maxima, and then in others it looks more like an International Maxima
