Catalytic convertor??

Does anyone know where on the net to buy a direct bolt on cat convertor like walker or catco for a good price? (Not a test pipe, then it would stink and be louder) I put my budget y-pipe on and threw on a cheap test pipe off ebay at the same time and am not impressed by the smell and added loudness.
Thanks
