Are neon lights illegal in Washington?
I am currently living in Florida, but in a few weeks will move to Tacoma, Washington. I was wondering what the laws on underbody neon kits and window tint are. I cant find answers anywhere...

neon is illegal everywhere....some place do nto care about it though.
