A/C Blower problem / loose connection

My A/C blower has been cutting out and it seems to be a loose connection somewhere. If I open and slam the hood, the blower comes on. Any suggestions? I have already disassembled the glove box and checked that wiring harness, but no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff

Can anyone look in Haynes for the A/C blower motor removal and post the instructions? I have Chilton, so I wanted to compare the 2 before I take it out. Thanks.
