How should I go about cleaning my battery? Theres some nasty red gunk around it that I have to get off before I install my amp.

 

u should leave the gunk, its there to give better conductivity and to prevent oxidation around the terminals.... but u reall want to take it off take a rag with some degreaser and clean each terminal one at a time.
