anyone know where I can get the C Clip that holds the rear tag in 97 in place?

I got some at Pep Boys a couple of years ago.

Think I saw them sold at Walmart in the auto department. I needed them for the bottom two holes of the plate and couldn't find it soon enough so I ended up using 2 short bolts and nuts at home depot instead.
