I have read the FAQ Section plus many many threads on these springs. Which would be the BETTER set for a modest lowing spring on a 95 SE 5 Spd Max?

I am currently running 17" '04 350Z Wheels/Tires and KYB GR2 struts. I would like to have a comfortorable ride plus a level rear-to-front drop. As well, I am open to other spring suggestions.

This is my daily driver which most of the miles will be on the highway. I do not plan on having any weight in the trunk.

Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Read these too if you haven't https://maxima.org/forums/3rd-generation-maxima-1989-1994/300625-short-shifter.html, http://maxmods.dyndns.org/index.php?MaximaHandling. The second would be a good site to bookmark for all your aftermarket maxima needs.

I think either one will give you what you are looking for. I have H&R's and have been very happy. The ride is nice and the drop is even. H-Techs are kinda new, so they have not been tested by as many people. I think though that they are also an excellent spring with about the same characteristics, but I haven't experienced them so I can't say for sure.

From all that I hear, the H-Techs will give a more even drop than the H&R's. There has been rumor that H&R has corrected the problem they used to have with their springs making your nose ride high in Manual Tranny.

Optimus310 has the H-Tech's, I believe. Look for his car.
He has a gold max with some MIlle wheels. Good looking. Red/clears too.
