A/C problem

Hey guys,
My AC isnt acting right. I put refrigant in it last night and it was cool then but today after school it was warm. I can hear turn on then it kicks off real quick. It seems like it is struggling to stay on. Anyone else had this problem?

You may have a leak. Once it leaks down to a certain level the compressor won't stay on.

Did you put the refrigerant in or did a shop do it for you? There is probably a leak, and the pressure switch, notices the loss and therefor wont turn on the compresor. Anyone worth thier salt in ac repair, should have checked for leaks, as it is a fedral crime to let ac vent into the atmosphere.
