Nope, it's crunched to clear the cross brace. It's pushed in about 1/4" and is about 3 inches long.
It's been about, two weeks now and I still like it a lot. Really, the performance gains are incredible for the whole setup.
The exhaust note is still rather loud, but I'm used to it now ... screw everyone else who has to hear it
