youre not gonna see a dramatic drop but it is noticeable whe you park next to a stock maxima. i dont have h-techs but im sure youll feel the car to be a bit stiffer on bumps and imperfections on the road. im running on maxspeeds with stockers and id say the ride is not much different. im happy but i want something a bit more stiffer. have fun with installation!

I installed those 1,5 months ago paired with GR-2s. Compared to stock GXE ride is noticably firmer and handling got improved, but still soft enough as to not remind of itself during everyday driving.

About the drop, in front it droped real nice and it is noticable, however in the back drop is real small and gap looks/is bigger than in front (probably putting sub in there will help a little).

Overall I am pretty happy with setup.
I will post pictures sometime later..

The rear wheel well has a larger gap naturally than the front.

I don't want to jack anyone's thread but I just bought a loaded 96 SE and I was also wondering what shocks/strut spring combo to buy. Can someone make suggestions? Also, how much should it cost to get them installed?
I also have a 96 Accord and I just bought H&R springs and KYB AGXs last night off of Ebay. Some guys have told me it would be $400 to get them installed and someone else told me that was way too much.
The Max has a few issues but it is in pretty good shape and it has all of the options. It is getting inspected right now so I'm praying everything is OK that I couldn't see. I have to get the bumper cover replaced, a ding taken out, the windows tinted, dropped and cleaned up really good and I will be set. Set, until I see something on here that I really want. Oh, I will have to get a short shifter too. The Accord seems like it doesn't have to move compared to these long shifts. While I'm at it I will replace the boot and ****. I will try to make sure everything is fundamentally sound for the long haul and I will begin to do things like wheels (it has some 16" Borbets) and an intake (for mileage.). Sorry to jack the thread, this has me sort of excited since the car is in good shape as far as the eye can see. Plus I don't have any car payments (sold the G35 for a pure $2000 profit (no downpayment, had car for almost two years and sold it for $2000 more than I owed)).

The AGX's are good, but the Illuminas are way better.
If you got the funds for the illuminas get them. They are worth every penny.

The H-Techs ride like a dream, and handle very nice. The pic you are looking at on the first post was the second day after the install. They have settle since then, and look a bit lower, and still ride great.
