blocking off coolant passages.

I was wondering if you bould block of the coolant passages going through the intake manifold and throttlebody. Would that make the car overheat because I live in Houston, Texas. Its pretty much 90+ all summer. I know they have lines going to the throttlebody the intake manifold and then one in the back going for the intake manifold to the heads. Would blocking these off would caps be alright. I just want to do it becuase it is a hassel when removing engine parts.

TB coolent line is there to pre warm the air , it wont make the car over heat by bypassing it. It doesnt change anything really. I tried this mod and no changes so i put it back to stock. There are others on the board that have it though, for some strange reasons.....
