Door bumper is falling off, what to do?

Well, what can I do the the door bumper since it's falling off but only like four inches is sticking out but I guess if someone's clothes get hooked and he pulls, it will all fall out and I don't want that to happen.

go to ur local autozone or pepboys and purchase some "double sided tape". take the entire "bumper" as u call it off, wash it, sand the inside, dry it, put the double sided tape on it and then slap it back on the door.

I'm assuming you're talking about that strip on the outside of the door than runs the length of the door that prevents damage to the door when some idiot parks too close to you and opens their door without looking. One thing you may want to try is Automotive Goo. The stuff is really great for bonding rubber and plastic to metal, good resistance to heat, and never really hardens completely, unlike contact cement. So if you need to remove it at some point, you should be able to without too much difficulty. This is the stuff I've used when some piece of external trim has come loose.

Isn't called a bumper? That's what I thought was.
What brand of double side tape should I use?
