I put in MT90 4000 miles ago and I still find it a bit notchy at times - especially on the 2-3 shift if I'm revving it, it feels like the syncros are locking me out sometimes.

You'll notice it after a couple days. It will probably be smoother after another change..

I noticed it the first time I drove. Shifting is now much smoother, though I am getting used to it so I dont notice as much. Only had it inthere for two weeks now.

I put it in my 00 5 speed at around 59k. I can't honestly say that I noticed anything, but then my transmission was pretty nice before that anyway.

the cold is where i noticed being able to feel the difference, usually on cold mornings shifting would be stiff, but with redline it was like nothing.

I noticed a small difference. I changed it at 65k (5k ago) and the original fluid was still very clear.

I have a B&M sts and it did take away some of the notchiness.
