boring out TB or pathfiner TB swap?

has anyone dynoed after this mod? what kinda gains does this mod net? what can we bore out our stock TB's out to? what kind of adapter plate would I need if I went the pathfinder TB swap route? how much could I find a pathfinder TB for? where would I take my stock one to get bored out if I so choose? any machine shop?

on another but related topic...I have the frankencar intake with apexi filter....would it benefit me to get the velocity/venturi stack off of a stillen or jwt popcharger and put it on somehow on my frankencar? what would I need to fit it?

Since nobody else has replied I'll reply saying that I estimate a negligible or unnoticable gain on the dyno by doing this.
