what could be the cause, and fix, of engine "sputtering"

i'm not confident i can explain clearly. i feel what is almost like a pulse from the engine, a little bump/shake/can't-explain once every few seconds during idle such as sitting at a stop light. the engine feels fine when i gas it, and as long as i'm moving. i only feel it when i stop for a light. please help diagnose.

Adjust the idle, raise it a bit. A TB hose ay be loose or punctured.

it idles at about 700 right now. i will check the coil pack also, but i thought a bad coil pack would be very obvious on acceleration.
