Clutch and Radiator question*
Clutch and Radiator question*
First: I got a new OEM clutch installed about 10,000 miles ago but i had the mechanic do it just so it got done. I thought i was sellign the car so i just had him do a relatively Cheap( money wise) ie: machine my flywheel and do a new clutch assembly. The problem is i feel like the clutch is going you know kinda slipping when i come off really slowly. Could this mean i need a new flywheel?
Second: I guess our Fans suck in cool air and blow it on the engine right? I have heard of people making thier fans opposite and yes i know this defeates the prupose of air being pushed through the fans but is the a way to make one fan pull in ( forcing air in) and making the other fan push out as to cycle air through? Would it be working to hard pushing air through the front when air is being forced the opposite way?

Not to jump on your thread Neptunemax but i also feel that same slipping in my clutch also but i only feel it if i come out the hole hard through the gears. and also if anyone can recommend a good clutch for a supercharged Maxima
I bet your mechanic installed the cheap nissan Key Value clutch kit which is NOT oem and is a piece of sh--.
The fans is to draw in air to dissapate heat from the radiator and I think that reverse fan mod is for the track where you do that to remove heat from the engine compartment only when your at a stand still but its useless while moving since it will be working against the incomming air.
