I want to tint my windows but im not sure how dark i want them. I def. want then dark enough so that you cant see in but i don't want them completly dark. How dark do you think i should go and please try to include pictures to give me some idea.

 

I would recommend going about 35%. Most people on here will probably tell you to go with the Limo tint of like 5%, but that is too dark. I mean, 35% is dark enough that you cannot really see in, but you will not get in trouble with the po po's.

 

i'd say don't go any lighter than 20% but thats just me. check out my cardomain for 20% pics

 

well since your in NY i guess you could get away with illegal tint(from posts read by NY'ers with illegal tint that say they never got stopped)... but i mean, in FL where i got mine tinted they couldn't do it illegally...

but if you want to go illegal id say ******* black them ******* out!

but legally, you will probably still be able to see inside or your car...

so id say go for what you think you can handle legal wise... cuz to me, the darker the better..

Well its true that in NY they don't really bother you, but u never know when ur ganna get an a$$hole cop that stops you 4 it. I don't want to make them too dark but something dark enough. It would be easier if i had pics to compare the diff %.

 

you can look at my pics, but the are really darker than they are in person. I have 30%, which is kind of dark, but you can still see in a few feet away from the car...

 

check out min mine are 35 in front and 20 in back so its legal

 

Mine i have 20% all around and 5% in the rear window. and the sunroof is also 5-6%

i ended up getting 15 all around. Cause i have a light interior and i figures with 20 itll be light so i just got the 15, i figure if a cop is ganna pull me over for tints hell do it for 15 or 20 so it don't matter.

 

i would've went 5 or 10... if you are gonna get pulled over... get pulled over for limo instead of 15...

but i got 15 so it will look good IMO...
